WS-Addressing Updated

The WS-Addressing specification has been updated. I'm finalizing the changes in WSE 2.0, the most significant are:

• wsa:Recipient is no longer part of the specification.
• wsa:From is not set by the WSE infrastructure.
• wsa:ReplyTo is automatically set for request/response interactions.
• wsa:Reply replaces wsa:Response for Relationship type.

A small bump in the road to shipping, not enough to hurt.
